Refund and Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personalized items, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different one, the fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
